$3.5m 3-bedroom apartment breaks Green Square record

A three-bedroom 150-square-metre apartment in the upcoming Infinity development in Green Square, Sydney, sold this month for $3,598,650, breaking records in Sydney’s Zetland and Waterloo.

The apartment will feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a rooftop terrace with views of Sydney’s CBD.

This sale marks the last available apartment for sale at the 20-storey apartment development Infinity by Crown Group, designed by Koichi Takada Architects, which was held previously by a three-bedroom penthouse at 8 Sam Sing Waterloo.

“This penthouse at Infinity by Crown Group will be arguably Green Square’s most outstanding apartment showcasing all the benefits of luxury living in Sydney,” said Roy Marcellus, sales and marketing director at Crown Group.

“This record-breaking sale reflects customers’ awareness of the premium quality and exclusivity of Crown Group’s apartments.

“The sale of this penthouse is proof that Sydney’s luxury market is alive and well.”

The current plan for Infinity is to feature a tiered apartment structure paired with gardens along the exterior of the building.

Other features planned for Infinity include an infinity-edge pool, spa, gym, music room, media theatre, roof-top terrace, 30 retail outlets, restaurants and cafes and a conference centre and is being heralded by Julian Sedgwick, global head of sales and marketing at Crown Group as “a sign of strength within Sydney’s prestige property bastions”.

“The penthouses at Infinity by Crown Group represented a chance for buyers to secure a top-tier, luxury retreat with stunning views of Sydney’s CBD,” Mr Sedgwick said.
