Century 21 chairman Charles Tarbey said the initiative provides those already weighing up a property transaction an extra incentive to investigate their options.
“There are only a few days left to take a minute out of your day to register your property needs online and by doing so, you could end up with a luxury coastal property for free,” he said.
Mr Tarbey called it a “win-win” scenario.
“As interested parties will receive expert advice to help them weigh up their options and also enter the running to win this unprecedented prize,” he said.

Registration ends at 11.59pm on Friday, 31 March. The winner will be drawn on Friday, 28 April.
