$180m masterplanned community launches

A new $180 million residential village has been launched by Ray White Land Marketing in the growth corridor of Ipswich.

Monterea Ripley will feature 900 home sites on a land area of approximately 146 acres in the Ripley Valley.

“The first stage release of 53 lots is under construction with completion due in May while stage two has now commenced construction of 53 lots,” said Ray White Land Marketing director Jamie Martin.

“The market appetite for affordable lots in a high-quality master-planned village which features large areas of parklands, recreational and retail amenities including sporting ovals, supermarket, cafes and retail specialities has been a major attraction for buyers,” said Mr Martin.

Prices start from $166,000 for land with lots ranging in size from 300 to 531 square metres.

“The green space will play host to a range of recreational amenities including open turfed areas for kick and play, an adventure playground, BBQ shelters and water fountains, sheltered picnic areas, walkways, multi-sports court and public amenities,” said Mr Martin.

“Monterea Ripley forms an integral part of the Monterea Neighbourhood Village and will be located directly next door to a proposed 8,000-square-metre shopping centre including a major supermarket, speciality retail shops and commercial precinct with a total of 636 car parks,” he said.

“The village will also feature two sporting ovals with club house, BBQ facilities and children play area.”

The Ripley Valley is expected to be home to 120,000 people over the next 20 years and construction is currently underway on the 1.5 billion Ripley Town Centre.
