Final 22 homes released in Sydney development

Frasers Property has launched the final stage of its Putney Hill development ‘Absolute’.

The final release in the development will comprise of 22 four- and five-bedroom homes. The release marks the sixth year of development on the project.

“We’re very excited to be able to bring Absolute to the Sydney market. The latest – and last – offering at Putney Hill will give home buyers the final opportunity to secure their own piece of luxury living, off-the-plan, in the heart of a newly-established, family friendly neighbourhood,” said Dino Carulli, sales and marketing director at Frasers Property Australia.

“Over the past six years, Putney Hill has evolved into a thriving new community, comprising spacious family homes, terrace style houses and polished apartments, set within a natural landscape of parklands, native trees and open spaces,” said Mr Carulli.

Absolute is located on the border of Putney and Ryde in Putney Hill, a thriving neighbourhood of 791 apartments and houses, together with parklands, community gardens, children’s playground, running track, native trees and bushland. Since the first sod was turned on-site in 2011, today more than 1,100 people have taken up residence at the community.

The Sales Centre is open from 11am – 5pm daily at 78 Lardelli Drive, Ryde.

The Absolute collection is subject to planning approval. Purchasers should rely on their own enquiries and the Contract for Sale.
