A million-dollar design studio has opened in Queensland, providing those building a property with a one-stop shop.
The Evolve Design Studio, opened by building company Bold, is located in North Lakes, Queensland.
The 500-square-metre studio features all the latest design trends, allowing those in the process of building their own homes to see everything from taps to tiles to toilets under one roof.
The studio features full-scale kitchen, bathroom, media and bedroom displays, along with all available fitting, finish and colour scheme, allowing customers to experience a full-sized room before making a decision on a product.
"There is a lot of decision making that goes into building a new home, so we want to make that process as easy as possible for home builders," said Bold owner-director Brett Boulton.
"At the design studio, they won't just see what a certain fitting or fixture looks like on its own, they will be able to experience how it functions and fits into the space,” said Mr Boulton.
"A lot of people visit a display home to make a decision on the overall floor plan and design, but when it comes to deciding on these details it can be hard to visualise how it will look in the setting of the home. They often end up going back and forth between the display home and the showroom to refresh their memory, so by putting everything under one roof we will make that process easier,” he said.
The Evolve Design Studio is open at 49 Flinders Parade in North Lakes.
