Development to change Adelaide skyline

A 134-metre tall development in the Adelaide CBD is currently taking registrations for 88 apartments.

The Adelaidean will be a mix-use development with 88 residential apartments and a luxury hotel on the lower floors.

“While its 88 residences makes it boutique, it is in fact the tallest approved building in the state, despite having less floors than some. This development is by Adelaideans, for Adelaideans,” said selling agent Nick Pelvay of Colliers International.

The Adelaidean will be part of the thriving Adelaide bar and restaurant scene, and will also be in close proximity of shopping precincts and public transport.

The development will be a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with prices starting at $435,000.
Construction is scheduled to begin on the project in late 2019.
