A new residential project in Sydney’s Homebush cashes in on the area’s redevelopment.

Vivacity, developer JQZ’s latest Sydney residential development, will be located in a precinct currently undergoing a transformative update.

The development, which will consist of four buildings, will offer a variety of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom single and double-storey apartments and penthouses.

The development will also feature a series of communal spaces; interior courtyard gardens and rooftop spaces are among the offerings.

Barbecue areas, exercise equipment, sun lounges, native landscaping and a 25-metre swimming pool will also be built into the development.

Sydney Olympic Park and surrounding areas are currently undergoing a redevelopment, turning the area into a cosmopolitan hub which will attract not only jobs but also large events.

Vivacity is located 750 metres from a train station, providing a trip into Sydney’s CBD in 29 minutes. There are also many local bus options, and the nearby M4 motorway.

Demolition of the current site is expected to commence in June 2017.
