535 Millar Road in Wellard is 14,668 square metres of ready-to-develop land fronting the Kwinana Freeway.

Wellard is located approximately 38 kilometres south of Perth and has a population growth rate of 5.16 per cent per annum.

The property is for sale via private treaty with expectations of around $2.1 million.

“Located about 4.7 kilometres from the Wellard Town Centre, this property is located nearby public transport networks, nature reserves, shopping centres and a host of schools,” said selling agent Matthew Elliott of CBRE.

The agents expect the land to go to developers looking to take advantage of the state’s boosted first home owners grant.
