Luxury estate at 75 per cent sold

A luxury residential estate located as part of a Sydney golf course has reached 75 per cent sold out.

The Fairway Residences, located on Strathfield Golf Course in Sydney’s inner west, are anticipated to have civil construction completed by early March.

The first home completions will occur by late 2017, according to developer Metro Property Development.

The Fairway Residences are located at 88 Centenary Drive and comprise of 50 luxury homes with a range of three- and four-bedroom designs priced from $1.6 million.

The location offers greenery and tranquillity not often seen in the inner west of Sydney.

“We've seen a lot of uptake in three-bedroom plus study designs predominantly from families and young professional couples. The feedback we've received from buyers across the board is that the stylish design, high-quality finishes and unique location on the golf course were the development's main drawcards,” said Phil Leahy at Metro Property Development.

“There's also the added bonus of being within close reach of transport links, shopping centres, parks and schools,” said Mr Leahy.

The development has currently sold 37 of its 50 homes, 13 are still for sale. It is located 30 minutes from Sydney CBD and is in close proximity to Homebush and Strathfield train stations.

The sales office has been relocated to 1 Cave Road, Strathfield, and is open from 1pm to 5pm Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
