The Realm development will be home to Adelaide’s most exclusive apartments.
Realm Adelaide will feature 320 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and two double-storey penthouses over 40 floors.
Prices will start at $345,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, while a four-bedroom penthouse will cost $5.5 million.
The development will have a rooftop with a private spa, steam room and sauna.
On the building’s eighth level will be a gym, dining and games rooms, lounge and outdoor entertaining zone, including a lap pool and a spa.

Realm Adelaide is being developed by private Sydney developer Parallel Property and sales will commence in February.
