17 lots left in $85m Brisbane development

Eleven of 28 lots have sold at The Terraces on Griffin Pocket, a development near Moreton Bay in Brisbane’s north.

The precinct is part of an $85 million estate that includes playgrounds, BBQs, sporting fields and walking trails.

The Terraces are three- or four-bedroom layouts priced from $399,000, all with secure double car accommodation.

“Griffin Pocket offers a family-friendly lifestyle just 25 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and a stone’s throw from Moreton Bay,” developer Unison Projects’ Les Rissman said.

“Located on the banks of the Pine River, Griffin Pocket is part of a region that has been rated as one of south- east Queensland’s fastest growing, yet greenest areas.

“The North Lakes precinct has evolved into a major retail and commercial zone with a wide range of employment opportunities, while also boasting public and private schools and excellent amenities and transport links.”

The Terraces on Griffith Pocket’s furnished sales display is open from 11am to 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday and also by appointment.
