$500m development in Hills District enters third phase

The Parkland Estate is entering its third stage with the imminent release of 213 new apartments in Sydney’s Hills District.

Located in Rouse Hill, the six to nine-storey apartment development has received approval and construction is expected to begin early 2017.

Construction has already begun on the 62 terrace homes which made up the first stage of the development.
Prices begin at $500,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $800,000 for a three-bedroom apartment.

The development includes more than 5,000 square metres of green space and communal facilities to encourage a neighbourhood community in the area.

The communal areas include a Central Park which will be completed in 2018 and includes a lap pool, playground, grass areas, tennis court and BBQ pavilion.

The 213 apartments will comprise of 75 one-bedroom, 100 two-bedroom and 38 three-bedroom apartments.

PRDnationwide Norwest and Ray White Castle Hill have been appointed as the project marketers and a sales office is open onsite.
