The first of 10 lots of land in the upper north shore suburb of Lindfield, NSW are ready to be auctioned.
The 10 lots of land form Eton Estate, located at 101 Eton Road, Lindfield, and range in size from 831 square metres to 880 square metres.
A price guide states the starting price to be $1,890,000 and the selling agent has already had over 150 enquiries.
