Off-the-plan sales have begun for a designer beach house project in the hot spot area of the Sunshine Coast.
Cube Developments’ Scott Juniper has announced the launch of Vibe Coolum, a $33 million beach house project at Coolum on the Sunshine Coast.
The project will consist of 43 individual beach houses in a private enclave with prices from $645,000 to $825,000.
Each beach house will feature 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and have use of an exclusive resident’s pool and BBQ area.
“The Coolum property market continues to grow in popularity due to its sought after beach-side location,’’ Mr Juniper said.
“We expect these premium beach homes to sell quickly with interest already being registered from locals as well as buyers from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne,” he said.
The beach houses are available in seven unique styles which will maximise sea breezes and the Coolum location.
Ten of the properties will be fitted for small office/home office style businesses, with 51-square-metres of street-front access.
Vibe Coolum is expected to be completed by end-2017 with a sales office located onsite, in addition to properties being marketed by local agents.
