‘Prime developable’ land for sale in Perth

Almost 4,000 square metres of developable land in a business hub in Perth has been listed for sale.

A 3,979 square metre property at 8 Robinson Avenue in the Belmont commercial precinct of Perth has hit the market, with CBRE appointed to manage the sale.

The site is located approximately eight kilometres from the CBD, with CBRE noting it is well suited to a variety of uses, including a head office development accommodating corporate offices, child care, an educational establishment, a warehouse or a showroom.

The opportunity to secure a sizeable footprint in a prominent suburban location is expected to attract significant buyer interest, CBRE’s Ben Clarke said.

“The property’s flexible ‘Mixed Business’ zoning, coupled with its picturesque location, supports a variety of uses that is expected to draw interest from developers looking to undertake a project in an established business precinct,” he said.

Kate Foley, also of CBRE, said the property is underpinned by strong fundamentals.

“Belmont is an established business precinct that continues to attract reputable tenants. This property will leverage off the surrounding area’s continued growth, which is underpinned by a strong business community.”

The property is being offered for sale via private treaty at a price point of $1.59 million.
