A boutique collection of 19 luxury apartments will aim to appeal to a great number of buyers in Victoria’s capital.
SIA Apartments, in Malvern East, is being developed by Meadow Green Development. The collection of two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom duplexes and three-bedroom penthouses will be located adjacent to Central Park.
Selling agent John Kravaritis of Savills said the development’s location will appeal to a great number of buyers.
“The proximity to the CBD, ease of access to transport, excellent schools and university nearby and the abundance of shopping amenities means that SIA will appeal to the majority of buyer groups – from downsizers to young professionals to couples,” he said.
The development, at 84 Burke Road, Malvern East is located 14 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD and is within walking distance of Gardiner Station and Burke Road trams. The developer also noted SIA has easy access to Monash Freeway, is close to hospitals, leading private schools and Monash University.
“In addition there is an abundance of shopping amenities, from the village shops of Malvern East to the larger Chadstone Shopping Centre, heralded as the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere,” the developer said.
