A luxury apartment project is set to benefit from contributions by a global creative agency, which will aim to turn the 20-level project into a premium lifestyle offering.
Global creative agency The FS Group (Felix and Slink), who have worked with brands such as PRADA, MAC Cosmetics and Topshop, have come on board with Brookfield Residential Properties to offer creative strategy, interior styling and branding for the luxury apartment project, Gallery House.
The development will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and exclusive penthouses on the riverfront in Hamilton.
Brookfield Residential Properties general manager Lee Butterworth said the collaboration would add to the development’s appeal.
“Gallery House is our most luxurious project in Queensland and is our seventh building in Northshore Hamilton. The project is located on an absolute riverfront site and is a culmination of our years of experience and local knowledge in the area,” he said.
“We are very aware that Gallery House buyers are design conscious and enjoy a super level of luxury. Felix and Slink offers a refined sense of style and brought our brief to life through their own local knowledge and global perspectives.”
The 20-level apartment project features a selection of City, River and Sky Collection homes priced from $362,000, with penthouses starting from $2.3 million.
FS creative director Tom O’Connor said Gallery House will appeal to savvy local buyers but will also capture the attention of the international market.
One-bedroom apartments in the complex are priced from $362,000; two-bedroom options from $555,000; and three-bedrooms from $1.28 million.
The Northshore Hamilton is the city’s largest urban renewal project that will ultimately become home to more than 20,000 residents.
