Luxury development approaches sell-out

Mon Komo, Redcliffe

The final penthouse at a $150 million “resort-style” development has been released to the market, with only limited opportunities remaining.

The Mon Komo mixed-use development in Redcliffe, Queensland, has 17 apartments remaining for sale.

The development by Kyko Group incorporates a residential apartment tower, a 4.5 star investment apartment tower, resort-style facilities, boutique retail and the Mon Komo Hotel, with function rooms, restaurant and bars.

The final three-bedroom plus multi-purpose room penthouse is priced at $1,305,000 and offers 247 square metres of spacious living, three car spaces, two large private balconies and ocean views.

Mon Komo marketing manager and TOTAL Property Group managing director Adrian Parsons said from both a financial and lifestyle point of view, the release of this final penthouse offers the perfect opportunity for a discerning buyer who is seeking a penthouse lifestyle in one of the most impressive waterfront areas in south-east Queensland.

“The developer, Kyko Group, has recognised the shift in the prestige market and released the final penthouse for sale along with the final 17 apartments in the residential apartment tower in response to increased levels of enquiry and buyer confidence,” Mr Parsons said.

The remaining apartment stock consists of three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments priced from $595,000; two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments priced from $695,000; and one-bedroom apartments priced from $355,000.

The director of Mon Komo development company Kyko Group, Bill Jenkings, said the location and design of Mon Komo was carefully selected to deliver the greatest potential for strong capital gains over time.

“There has been a positive shift in the prestige market and as a result, we have decided to release the final penthouse and begin wrapping up this development,” he said.

“Our vision was to create luxury lifestyle apartments with the highest quality of design and building principles to attract investors and sea-changers looking for prestige oceanfront properties and Mon Komo has been very well accepted in the marketplace, with initial strong buyer interest intensifying as the residential tower approaches sell-out.”

The development is 35 minutes’ drive from Brisbane’s CBD, at 99 Marine Parade, Redcliffe.
