The $30 million Greystone Terraces development at Everton Park in Brisbane is now complete, with the final stage of buyers settling their homes and residents moving in.
Mirvac said young professionals, first home buyers, retirees and investors all snapped up homes in the community, which features two-, three-, and four-bedroom terraces ranging from $475,000 to $645,000.
The development also features an exclusive residents’ recreation centre with a pool, kitchen and barbeque facilities.
Mirvac head of residential, John Carfi, said Greystone Terrace’s location just eight kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, combined with its relative affordability and modern design had appealed to buyers.
“Investors were also keen to secure their place in the community to meet the high demand for rental properties in this area,” he said.
Mr Carfi said the development was unique to the area, and was the first project of its scale and quality to deliver terrace-style living to Everton Park.
“Greystone Terraces has really raised the bar for development in this area,” he said.
“We put the emphasis on creating an effective and appealing design, which struck a chord with purchasers, and we are truly proud of the community we created.”
