Construction nearing completion at prestige land estate

Vista Terranora

Earthworks and civil construction are almost complete at Vista, a new boutique residential acreage in Terranora, NSW.

According to the developer, Vista is situated in a dress-circle location on one of Terranora’s most tightly held land parcels, offering a choice of 14 premium home sites with picturesque hinterland views overlooking the Tweed River and cane fields, sweeping out to Kingscliff, the ocean and Mount Warning.

Vista lots have reportedly been designed to take full advantage of the elevated topography of the site, and range in size from 4,000 square metres to 4,579 square metres, except for one 63.38-hectare lot, with all lots priced from $550,000 to $750,000.

Sales agent Sophie Carter, director of Sophie Carter Exclusive Properties, said the final stage of earthworks and civil construction nearing completion at Vista had spurred inquiries from prospective buyers looking for an exceptional site on which to build their dream home.

“With earth and civil works nearing completion and the issue of titles imminent, purchasers and their architects can start the process of submitting their designs for approval by the developer and council, with the possibility of commencing building in a few months’ time,” she said.

“Exclusive acreage living at Vista allows potential home owners to enjoy the best of both worlds, offering expansive, tranquil views while being just minutes from the M1 and all the major infrastructure and lifestyle benefits of the Tweed Coast.

“Vista’s elevated allotments have been carefully designed to offer a broad variety of home sites showcasing the beauty of the region, offering residents extraordinary ocean and hinterland panoramas over the picturesque Tweed Valley through to Mount Warning.

“This prestige estate is meeting market demand for large acreage sites in this exceptional location, offering endless possibilities for astute buyers seeking privacy, space and the ultimate backdrop for a signature residence.”

Design and build guidelines are in place at Vista to secure buyers’ investment for the future by ensuring aesthetic acreage living that respects the natural environment of the site.

Vista purchasers will receive a complimentary consultation with leading architect Amelia Lee, the founder and architect behind Undercover Architect, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the architectural industry, working in firms in London, Sydney and Brisbane.

This consultation will give Vista land purchasers the opportunity to develop a concept of how their new home can be arranged to capitalise on the beauty and opportunities of its location, before investing in final home-design documentation.

Vista is located at 41 McAuleys Road in Terranora, NSW, just south of the Gold Coast next to the Queensland border.

According to the developer, all the necessities of family life are well catered for at Vista, which is located within easy driving distance of several primary and secondary schools, shopping centres, hospitals and health services and recreation options, including sporting clubs and entertainment venues.

Vista is an easy 25-minute drive to the heart of the Gold Coast at Robina, a 50-minute drive to the popular lifestyle destination of Byron Bay, and an 80-minute drive to Brisbane via the M1.
