Close to 30,000 square metres of developable retail land in the expanding town of Treendale – one of south-west WA’s newest residential communities – has been listed for sale.
CBRE’s Andrew Woodley-Page and Richard Cash have been appointed to sell the 29,900-square-metre land parcel, which is situated in the heart of Treendale’s town centre retail precinct, opposite Treendale Shopping Centre.
Treendale is a modern lifestyle community located approximately 158 kilometres south of Perth, 16 kilometres south-west of Bunbury and 3.5 kilometres from Australind.
Mr Woodley-Page said the property offered a premium development opportunity in an exciting location.
“Benefiting from close proximity to the regional centres of Bunbury and Australind, this property represents an outstanding opportunity to undertake a retail development in a rapidly evolving residential precinct,” he said.
Mr Cash said the site was well positioned to accommodate a landmark project.
“The site is ideally placed for the expansion of the existing shopping precinct, with opportunities for a discount department store to anchor [this] stage of the expanded town centre,” he said.
“This provides unique connectivity between surrounding residential estates and the town centre precinct.”
