Earthworks have commenced on stage one of Altitude Aspire, Newland Developers’ new premium residential land estate at Terranora, NSW.
According to the developer, Altitude Aspire offers a choice of home sites, some with breathtaking views of the ocean, the lights of the Gold Coast or the scenic hinterland. Thoughtful urban design reportedly takes full advantage of the unique topography of the site.
Works including the installation of roads, kerbs, drainage, water and sewerage connections, as well as landscaping, are estimated to be completed in early 2017.
Altitude Aspire spans approximately 37 hectares, with an estimated total of 280 allotments in the highly sought-after suburb of Terranora, close to major infrastructure including the Gold Coast Airport, which is roughly a 15-minute drive away.
Construction work will commence on the 43 home sites in Altitude Aspire stage one with premium blocks of land ranging in size from 525 to 800 square metres.
Landscaped parklands incorporating community facilities and walking trails will reportedly be a feature of the development, to ensure there is a sense of community in this unique estate.
Newland Developers’ general manager, Stuart Campbell, said it is exciting to see construction commencing at Altitude Aspire.

Newland Developers’ new premium residential land estate, Altitude Aspire, is located off Fraser Drive in Terranora, NSW, just south of the Gold Coast and close to Tweed Heads.
Altitude Aspire is reportedly situated close to major shopping centres, with Banora Central Shopping Centre approximately five minutes’ drive away and Tweed City Shopping Centre approximately 10 minutes’ drive away.
The developer reports that there is also an abundance of surrounding leisure and recreation options, including the entertainment and sports precinct of Twin Towns Club Banora, several other sport and recreation clubs, restaurants and pristine beaches.
Primary and high schools, day care facilities, hospital and medical centres are also located within easy driving distance from the estate.
