You may have read the headlines spruiking the benefits of buying US real estate, but what about an entire town?
The US town of Cal-Nev-Ari is for sale for $10.65 million.
The sale includes the town’s casino, diner, convenience store, 10-room motel, RV park and mile-long dirt airstrip.
Cal-Nev-Ari, 100 kilometres south of Las Vegas, was founded by Nancy Kidwell in 1965.
“It’s time for someone else to do something with it,” the 78-year-old told AAP. “Fifty-one years is long enough.”
The town is currently home to around 350 people.
