Childcare centre The Island OOSH has leased an office/warehouse facility in the prestigious Norwest Business Park to support its growing operations in the Sydney Hills District.

The Island OOSH – a before and afterschool child care centre – has signed a 10-year lease on the premium facility at 10 Inglewood Place in Baulkham Hills, which comprises a 952sqm warehouse and 1,458sqm office space. The annual rental is $546,280 per annum net.

CBRE’s John Micallef and Luke Bryant, who negotiated the lease on behalf of Capital Corporation, said the property’s central position in the Hills District helped secure the deal.

“Centrally located in the heart of Sydney’s North West District, this property will enable The Island OOSH to continue expanding its service offering in the area,” Mr Micallef said.

“The Norwest Business Park is home to some of Baulkham Hills’ and surrounding areas’ most well-known businesses and more than 20,000 employees, so the opportunity to set up a child care centre in the heart of it, was highly appealing to the tenant.”
