Yifang Group raises the curtain on Quartet

Quartet Lane Cove

Yifang, a prominent developer in China who have successfully delivered numerous remarkable projects on its own and in partnership with China’s largest property company, Dalian Wanda, has revealed the vision for its first Australian residential project in Lane Cove, Sydney.

Set between Birdwood Avenue and Finlayson Street, Quartet is a melodiously inspired new community being masterfully brought to life by Yifang in partnership with Ray White Projects, BATESSMART and 360 Degrees.

True to its name, Quartet will feature an ensemble of 237 signature residences, including terraces and one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, across four striking buildings. Lush landscaping and verdant foliage will reflect natural surrounds of the area, combining lush living, striking architecture and village connectivity for a life in perfect harmony.

Yifang Group Vice President Chang Liu said the vision for Quartet is centred on the group’s value of harmonious co-existence and joint venture.

“At Yifang, we understand that success lies in building local knowledge through partnerships, enabling us to deliver projects that are in tune with existing communities. Since 2001, we have delivered a number of iconic, world-class developments across China.

“Quartet is Yifang’s first residential development in Australia, and we are delighted to bring our vision to the area of Lane Cove. We have a strong local connection, with our Chairman and myself having lived in Lane Cove for many years. We are actively seeking ways to give back to the wonderful community of Lane Cove and want to leave a lasting legacy that will benefit all its residents, which we are doing with Quartet,” Ms Liu said.

Dedicated to the creation of ecologically sustainable developments, Yifang’s Quartet will showcase a range of innovative and pioneering sustainability features designed to reduce energy consumption, bills and minimise carbon footprint. Pockets of greenery woven between the quartet of buildings, with secluded seating areas and landscaped gardens, will encourage residents to socialise and embrace outdoor living.

Showcasing a striking public art feature and incorporating a community garden, Quartet will express neighbourly values through its built form and further add to the visually appealing surrounds. Once complete, Yifang has plans to bring to life an active program of community events celebrating the academic, cultural, sporting and lifestyle benefits of the area.

BATESSMART Director Guy Lake said the area’s natural surrounds inspired the design of Quartet, with the objective to marry the built form to the topography.

“The design orchestrates a seamless connection with the existing urban landscape ensuring Quartet exists in perfect harmony with the lush natural surrounds. The sophisticated terraces and apartments feel composed rather than designed, and perfectly compliment Lane Cove’s thriving, colourful community,” Mr Lake said.

Quartet’s spacious, light-filled modern terraces, executive apartments and luxurious penthouses with sweeping views of the Chatswood CBD, are designed to suit a range of buyers.

Ray White Projects Managing Director Eddie Mansour said Quartet will be ideal for young professionals, families and empty nesters looking to reside closer to lifestyle and leisure amenities.

“A development of this nature will compliment and enhance the area of Lane Cove and further promotes the area’s desirability and prominence. Lane Cove is well situated and highly desirable; with its proximity to the Sydney CBD, Chatswood and Macquarie Park, and some of Sydney’s best schools and universities.

“Our team is working closely with Yifang, BATESSMART and 360 Degrees to deliver a product of the highest quality which meets the standards of Sydney’s discerning,” Mr Mansour said.

Located in the heart of Lane Cove, residents will be only minutes from Lane Cove Village, Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre, and the local library and boutique cafes. With easy connections to public transport and Epping Road, Quartet is less than 15 minutes from the Sydney CBD and 10 minutes from Chatswood.
