Palladium Point Cook

Award-winning builder, Burbank Homes, continues to please prospective home buyers, with more displays popping up in Melbourne property hotspots.

The latest two displays, the double storey Palladium 4600 and the single storey Peninsula 2800, are set to open at Point Cook’s newest estate, The Address, this coming Saturday and, according to Burbank’s managing director Jarrod Sanfilippo, they’re guaranteed to be crowd pleasers.

“At 45.61 squares, the Palladium 4600 is one of our biggest homes”, says Jarrod.

“The ground floor is dedicated to living and entertaining, with a huge L-shaped kitchen, meals and family area, plus an adjoining living area to maximise space.

Then there’s the theatre room, study, powder room and alfresco”, he adds.

“Venture upstairs and you’ll find 4 generous sized bedrooms, including a master suite that covers around a quarter of the first floor, with an ensuite and walk-in-robe that will house even the biggest collection of clothes and shoes”.

“A rumpus between bedrooms 3 and 4 is the perfect place for kids’ activities, while bedroom 2 is smartly separated towards the front of the floor plan, meaning it can double as a guest bedroom or even a study. The choices are endless”.

Then there’s the 4 bedroom Peninsula, which is part of the ‘Elements by Burbank’ collection.

“Our ‘Elements by Burbank’ homes cater to buyers who like a little touch of luxury”, says Jarrod.

“This collection incorporates indulgences such a stone benchtops, glass splashbacks, higher ceilings and three coats of paint throughout, all of which are included in the Peninsula 2800”, he adds.

“The Peninsula boasts a large, open-plan kitchen, meals and family area, with an adjoining alfresco, so it’s perfect for entertaining all year round”.

“There’s also a second living area nestled together with the master bedroom at the front of the home, so parents can enjoy some quiet time away from the hustle and bustle to watch a movie, catch up on some reading or just relax at the end of a long week”.

“As with all of our homes, the Peninsula comes with a range of options and upgrades such as a dedicated media room, a larger walk-in pantry or a walk-in linen cupboard, so you can customise the space to suit your family”, Jarrod says.
