Building management consultancy firm Johnstaff has secured a prime location on the Brisbane River after signing a new five-year lease on a Milton office property.
Located at 301 Coronation Drive, the 313 square metre tenancy comprises a partial existing fitout, ample on-site car parking, and will be provided in a refurbished condition.
CBRE’s Mel Pikos negotiated the deal on behalf of Bachrach Naumburger Group at an annual rental of $475 per square metre gross.
Mr Pikos said the new space would support Johnstaff’s growing Queensland operations.
“Johnstaff has more than doubled in size over the past 12 months, with the business continuing to expand. The excellent incentives on offer in the market at present, allowed Johnstaff to upgrade its accommodation while still remaining within its budget,” Mr Pikos said.
“The property’s prime location on the Brisbane River with views towards the CBD was a major drawcard attracting Johnstaff, with the space offering an idyllic entertaining area well suited to client functions.”
