A real estate agent in Sydney's eastern suburbs has come up with a creative new way to sell an apartment.
Sydney's real estate market looks set to become much tighter over the coming months, making it all the more important to maintain a point of difference when listing a property for sale.
One agent has taken an innovative approach to attracting buyers' attention – creating a saucy campaign video to sell the 'lifestyle factor' of a four-bedroom Bondi unit.

“It’s a crowded market out there, so you've got to find a way to talk to your buyers,” Reece Coleman of The Agency told news.com.au.
According to news.com.au, Mr Coleman sourced the video's actor, Antonio, via an ad on Gumtree. The Agency's Facebook page claims that Facebook deemed the ad 'too raunchy' for promotion!
The property, a four-bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on Bondi Road, is scheduled for auction on Saturday 14 November.
According to news.com.au, the property is expected to fetch in excess of $2.3 million on the day.
