The Hamilton continues transformation of Brisbane's Northshore

The Hamilton

High quality apartments in the $250 million The Hamilton development in Brisbane's dynamic, cosmopolitan and waterfront precinct Northshore Hamilton have just been released for sale.

Construction of stage one of The Hamilton comprising three residential buildings and a commercial building has been completed by Shayher Group, marking the Australian developer's first project to hit the market in Queensland.

Being the first Queensland project for Shayher Group, stage one of The Hamilton has not been sold off the plan prior to completion, with the developer wanting to showcase to buyers the exceptional quality it delivers.

On sale in The Hamilton are 177 residential apartments across the three residential buildings - Macarthur, Finnegan and Toorak – all named after streets in the historical suburb of Hamilton.

With an innovative design, quality finishes, striking exterior and extensive amenities, The Hamilton will provide 'next generation living' in Brisbane's most dynamic new mixed-use precinct.

Northshore Hamilton is the largest urban renewal riverside development in Brisbane since the Expo 88 transformation into South Bank, with the former industrial area evolving into a vibrant riverside location.

Now the newest development in the area, The Hamilton will offer a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom contemporary and quality apartments with a choice of 17 floorplans.

Sales Manager Cecilynne Jurss said the major features of The Hamilton included its quality design and construction, quality interior and exterior finishes, its location and diverse amenities, and connectivity to the CBD and other major transport networks.

"The Hamilton is a significant and quality addition to Northshore Hamilton and will provide residents and the community with what we call 'next generation living', a place to connect, create and collaborate," said Ms Jurss.

The features of the apartments are summed up by Ms Jurss in two words – quality and innovation.

"The architecture and design right through to the finishes are quality in all apartments," she said.

"From having Miele appliances in the kitchen, water inlets to the fridge space, windows with commercial grade double-glazed and tinted glass, shadowline cornices on the ceiling, frameless shower screens in the bathroom as well as LED lighting in all apartments, potential buyers will be struck by the quality and attention-to-detail.

"The covered balconies offering city, district or park views are large and internally drained, providing another relaxing living space. They also feature marine-grade stainless steel hand rails, frameless glass balustrades, as well as water and electricity access.

The exterior features and building amenities also highlight The Hamilton's quality and innovation but also its focus on community and green space.

The architecture designed by world-renowned Woods Bagot presents an iconic landmark and statement to the entrance of Northshore Hamilton.

"The striking and innovative architecture and design of the buildings complement the modern and evolving look of Northshore Hamilton," said Ms Jurss.

"The architecture really takes into the account the beauty of the location, allowing for cooling cross ventilation and ample natural lighting into apartments.

"The foyers showcase quality with beautiful spotted gum timber, and there are wide hallways on each level providing comfortable open space which also takes advantage of the natural lighting.

"The entries provide peace-of-mind for residents too with secure access for visitors via video intercom. A single level secured car park provides convenient access for residents to their apartment with the single level reducing parking time.

"There are beautiful and distinctly different pools in each building. Macarthur has a rooftop outdoor pool with wet deck and city views, Finnegan has a ground level outdoor fully accessible pool with wet edge, and Toorak has an indoor heated pool.

"Residents also have private access to a fully-equipped gym in each building with weights and cardio equipped supplied by Life Fitness, a global leader in the fitness industry."

A community library, club rooms and ample green natural spaces provide the opportunity for residents to engage, collaborate and relax with the local community.

"Each building has a club room for residents, which can facilitate small groups up to large gatherings of more than 50 people.

"Over two million dollars has been spent on the landscaping with features being Hamilton's famous Poinciana trees, lush gardens, natural granite paving, undercover walkways and green open space.

"Shayher Group strives to incorporate the character of the suburb in all of its developments, and the Poinciana trees, which are synonymous with the local area, are one way we have brought Hamilton into The Hamilton.

"A recycled water system has also been installed for the irrigation of the gardens and green space highlighting the sustainability focus of the development."

The Hamilton is a sustainable development by Shayher Group with it recently being awarded an EnviroDevelopment 6 Leaf Certificate through the developer's focus on ecosystems, waste, energy, materials, water and community.

Shayher Group is the developer of other major residential projects in Brisbane including the former CSIRO site in Indooroopilly and law courts at 300 George Street.

"Shayher Group is driven by the desire to create high-end next generation homes in Australia's most loved locations, and we're excited by launching The Hamilton into the Brisbane marketplace," said Ms Jurss.

Fully completed apartments are now available to inspect, with apartments starting from $420,000. Also available are 584sqm in retail space and 3,160sqm in commercial leasing space.
