Frasers Property sells completed, new build home at Putney Hill for $2.15 million

Frasers Auction Saturday

Today, approximately 150 people converged for the auction of 76 Lardelli Drive at Frasers Property’s premium master-planned neighbourhood, Putney Hill.

76 Lardelli Drive is a luxury, freestanding home masterfully designed by Cox Richardson and elegantly poised at one end of the picturesque Lardelli Park. Styled by Coco Republic, the fully completed and ready-to-move-in four-bedroom family home sold for $2.15 million, well above the expected price.

Successful bidders, Raymond and Karen Johnsun, who have three young boys, said “We are excited to own this new property in this great neighbourhood, and the kids love it here. They have the park, the lake and will love waking up to this view each morning."

In an area where new build houses are in demand, 76 Lardelli Drive captured the attention of homebuyers, particularly as developers usually sell homes off-the-plan, with 160 enquiries and 153 people inspecting the property throughout the campaign.

Six bidders registered for the auction, with a good mix of owner-occupier buyers including empty nesters (over 50s), young professional couples (between 30-40 years of age), and young families.

Frasers Property Sales and Marketing Director Paul Lowe said the decision was taken to sell 76 Lardelli Drive at auction to give everyone an equal chance of buying this newly completed house – a rare one off opportunity in the Putney Hill master-planned development.

Media personality Vic Lorusso took the floor to auction the completed, new build home.
