A four-tower development in a prime retail and education district is about to hit the market.
Prime at Macquarie Park will offer a diverse range of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Upper-level apartments will provide views of the Sydney and Chatswood CBD skylines and nearby national parkland.
The development will be housed in “Macquarie Park’s best position right next to the magnetic Macquarie Centre” giving it “lifestyle and convenience like no other”.
Like many developments in the pipeline across Sydney and Melbourne at the moment, Prime at Macquarie Park promises a “resort lifestyle year round” with a “spectacular pool deck, gymnasium, communal courtyard and uplifting sky gardens”.
Prime at Macquarie Park is a project by developer JQZ, architects PTW and interiors company Turner.
